Overseas retreats are amazing and a great adventure but there is something special about being able to drive less than an hour and feel like you are a million miles away. I first used this farmhouse for a retreat in June and I fell so in love that I had booked the next one before I even left.


Imagine: rolling green paddocks filled with cows, sheep and alpacas, a cosy farmhouse with two indoor fires, a yoga space overlooking aforementioned green paddocks with loads of natural sunlight streaming in and an open plan rustic kitchen perfect for chatting to the cook as she whips up soul nourishing foods...


These retreats run every couple of months but here are the details of the next one:

Friday 13th November to Sunday 15 November 2020

You can arrive from 12:30pm on the Friday, ready for lunch or arrive later if you have other commitments. We will depart after lunch on Sunday, around 2pm.

* you need to remove yourself from the stress and busy-ness of life to reconnect with yourself and gain perspective

* no yoga or meditation experience necessary, this retreat is for everyone!

what to expect

This retreat is specifically themed around relaxation. I created this with the intention of providing a space where one can truly allow themselves to be supported. No need to think about anything, everything is arranged for you. Sit down to nourishing meals with lots of chat and laughs, enjoy yoga and meditation practices specifically designed to encourage rest and relaxation and have plenty of time for napping, reading or walking through the paddocks in a pair of gumboots to say hi to the furry residents of the farm.

Give yourself a 48 hour long hug and allow us to take care of the rest.

There is even the option to book a bodywork treatment with the radiant Sofia to give your body extra nourishment.

sleeping options

1 x quad share with two bunk beds sharing the main bathroom (as shown in the photos above)

1 x twin share sharing the main bathroom (as shown in the photos above)

1 x twin share master bedroom / bridal suite with master bathroom as ensuite (as shown in photos below)


Early bird price before 15 October:

* $650pp for a room sharing the main bathroom

* $850pp for the master bedroom with ensuite (sharing with one other)


Full price after 15 October:

* $695pp for a room sharing the main bathroom

* $895pp for the master bedroom with ensuite (sharing with one other)


All rooms are shared due to the nature of the farmhouse but if you come with a friend you will share with the. Otherwise I will pair you with someone you haven't met (yet!).

For bookings made before 15 October, a $150 non-refundable deposit is required for booking. Payment plans are available for the remainder of the payment. Full payment is required by 15 October 2020. For bookings made after 15 October, full payment is required on booking.

All payments are non-refundable except in the case that government restrictions mean that the retreat cannot proceed, in which case full refunds will be given.
